Order process for sublimated products

 1. Choose your sport. Choose the product you want. Choose one of our basic design and choose the color/font/number you want OR download or blank mockup to create your own design OR fill out our design form if you want us to create a design for you . The information below must be communicated to us: product, quantities, cut (women/men), colors, options, inscriptions (numbers, team name, player name), logos and sponsors, person of contact . we stay at your disposal to help you when ordering, you can reach us by email at or on our facebook page.

2. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you a “BAT” (a final model) to be sure everything is fine with the design. BAT production times can vary from 1 to 5 days depending on the complexity of the order.

3. Check the BAT (colors, spelling, size and position of logos and sponsors, etc.) and confirm the design in writing (by email) in return.

4. When BAT is accepted you’ll receive an order form to fill with player names, size, quantity. Just send it back to us by email.

5. You’ll receive an invoice in PDF format on which you will find all our bank details (RIB, BIC and IBAN) for payment. You can pay by bank transfert OR Paypal. Production is started upon receipt of your payment.

6. An approximative shipping date is then indicated to you. An email indicating the tracking number of your package will be sent to you on the day of shipment.

Production takes 3 to 5 weeks .

All of your product are custom-made to your colors and with your logos, so we cannot reuse it for other purposes, which is why we require advance payment.


All our equipment are “Made in Europe”. Designs and classic printings like flocking, emboiery, serigraphy are done in Belgium, sublimation printing and sewing is done in Tchec Republic – so we guarantee equipment 100% Made in Europe.

The all-inclusive BYSAI offers allows you to freely customize every product in our collection to your colors and with your texts and logos without any additional cost.

You can choose to design your own uniform using or blank mockups or ask for the help of our creative service

Shipping and packaging costs: This package is billed per package and covers logistics costs (individual packaging of jerseys, quality control, counting) as well as shipping of the package by the a professional transporter. The amount of these costs depends on the country of delivery.

Logos rework package: We sometimes have to rework or even recreate a logo for an insufficient resolution to guarantee a quality print, which entails the invoicing of technical costs of 50€ (tax inc.) for rework or 150€ (tax inc.) to recreate a new logo.

If you want to be sure that the resolution of your logo is sufficient, do not hesitate to send it to us by e-mail, we can tell you if its quality is good or not.

No. Sorry but our minimum quantity order is 5 pc for a new order and 3pc for re-order.

Yes, you can order jerseys without taking shorts, because it is possible to order only shorts or socks!

Yes, restocking is possible at any time for a minimum of 3 pc. We keep your file for several years and you can recommend identical equipment each season

Yes, we also offer goalkeeper shirts, shorts and pants matching the team design. You can order them at the price indicated on the site if you also take at least 5 players’ jerseys. When ordering restocking, goalkeeper jerseys may be recommended individually. If you want to order only a goalkeeper’s jersey without player jerseys, you need to order 5 jerseys min.
