1. Send us an email at hello@bysai.com with the products you are searching for. If you already know what design you want, just send us all the informations (colors, club logo, sponsors logo, ideas,…)
2. We make a design for you that you receive by email. Check it and tell if everything is ok and tell us all the changes you want.
3. When you are ok with the design, we will send you a “BAT” (a final model) to be sure everything is fine with the design. BAT production times can vary from 1 to 5 days depending on the complexity of the order.
4. Check the BAT (colors, spelling, size and position of logos and sponsors, etc.) and confirm the design in writing (by email) in return.
5. When BAT is accepted you’ll receive an order form to fill with player names, size, quantity. Just send it back to us by email.
6. You’ll receive an invoice in PDF format on which you will find all our bank details (RIB, BIC and IBAN) for payment. You can pay by bank transfert OR Paypal. Production is started upon receipt of your payment.
7. An approximative shipping date is then indicated to you. An email indicating the tracking number of your package will be sent to you on the day of shipment.
Sublimated products are made in 4 to 8 weeks.
Custom teamwear production time depends on the type of customisation and amout of pieces to produce.
Shipping takes 3 to 5 working days.
We use DPD, Bpost, Mondial Relay depending on your location.
All of your product are custom-made to your colors and with your logos, so we cannot reuse it for other purposes, which is why we require advance payment.
No it’s really not possible. Depending on products, MOQ is 5 or 10 pieces.
